  • We provide free and unlimited design help. Our skilled designers are committed to bringing your crazy design ideas to life.

  • We strive to make our customers' ideas real. Sometimes, design limits vary by project. If a request is tough, we work with clients to find other solutions until they’re happy with the outcome.

  • Yes, we are capable of bringing your designs to life. However, in order to ensure that they align with our production standards and brand identity, some modifications may be necessary. These adjustments include refining the colors and some design components to achieve the ideal outcome.

  • We offer free customizations like adding names, numbers, and extra sponsors if we use sublimation printing. But if you choose a different printing method, such as vinyl, there will be additional charges.

  • Please note that the colors on your screen may look different from the actual printed colors due to how light works. Monitors make colors look brighter by emitting light, while fabrics absorb light, making colors less bright. We're dedicated to getting you the closest color match possible. If color accuracy is important, please order a sample to ensure the desired results.

  • We require an additional 1-2 more weeks to finish printing for embroidery, rubber patch, pvc patch, or vinyl. The timeline could change based on how complicated your request is. Teams must give us vector files of their logo/sponsor for these print applications.

Product Fitment, Sizing & Quality

  • We offer various sizes for Men, Women, and Youth. Our sizes are true to fit. For a tighter fit, order one size down. For a looser fit, order one size up. For a regular fit, order your current size. Use our sizing chart to help you pick the right size.

  • Our products are crafted with top-quality materials, just like the leading sportswear brands. Our team has put in a lot of effort to ensure that our products are comparable to these pricey brands but at a more reasonable cost.

  • Our gear is from suppliers verified by TUV Rheinland. We check our manufacturers often to ensure they have a safe and ethical workplace.

  • 1. Wash them in cool water without bleach or harsh chemicals.

    2. Separate whites and colors when washing.

    3. Avoid dry cleaning or using high heat when drying.

    4. Excessive heat can shrink or fade them.

    5. If your clothes have decorations like embroidery or vinyl, wash them inside out and let them air dry.

    6. We are not responsible for any damage from not following these care instructions.

Orders, Production & Shipping

  • Our current order processing time is about 6 weeks. Printing for embroidery, rubber patch, pvc patch, or vinyl will take an extra 1-2 weeks.
    If you have a tight deadline, please let us know ahead of time to see if we can meet your request.

  • Our products are shipped together in large quantities, securely packaged in a box to a point person of your team. We aim to offer reasonable and affordable shipping fees, and we will inform you of all the fees before you order.

  • Once you make the payment, it means you're happy with the final designs and order details. If you want to change your order, there’s a high chance that it will disrupt some orders for your team. We handle many orders daily, so mistakes can disrupt everything. Please review your orders carefully.

  • If there's an issue with your order, such as it being damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, let us know within 2 days. We'll correct any mistakes that weren't your fault and provide a free replacement. Please be aware that since our products are handmade, there may be minor sewing imperfections at times. We will thoroughly inspect any problems and give you a discount, refund, or replacement if you're unsatisfied with your purchase.

  • Our prices don't include taxes, so you're getting a good deal. But when you get your order, you might need to pay taxes and duties determined by your country's customs office. You're responsible for these charges and any associated fees. If customs causes delays, we'll try our best to coordinate and make sure that your products are delivered on time.

  • The postal service is out of our hands, but we'll try our best to make sure you receive your package. To avoid issues, please check the address you give us when you order. If the address is wrong, we won't pay for replacing lost items. Please review your information thoroughly.
