Shipping and Delivery

Our dedicated team of experienced professionals ensures that your orders are safely and securely delivered to your specified recipient, allowing you to focus on expanding your game without worrying about logistics. Rest assured that from the production stage to the final shipping process, the entire timeline typically takes approximately 6 weeks, providing you with a clear understanding of when to expect your orders. Additionally, your designated team member will receive automated tracking information as soon as the package is received by the carrier, ensuring transparency and peace of mind throughout the delivery process.

Returns, Refunds and Missing Items

You can get a refund if your item is missing, incorrect, defective, or damaged. Just let us know within 48 hours of receiving it. Any mistakes that aren't your fault will be fixed with a refund or replacement at no extra cost. Stock items without personalization can be returned for a full refund. Pre-order items can't be returned unless they're defective or damaged.

If you have a sizing issue with a stock retail item without personalization, email us for a return label. We don't do exchanges, but we can send you a return label for a size update if you let us know in advance. Once we get the return, we'll give you a full refund and email you to confirm. It may take 24-72 hours for the refund to show in your account. Email us at design@goatkits.com to request any returns.

Exchange

We try our best to make sure your clothes are perfect when they arrive. But because of how they're made, there might be tiny differences between items, especially near the armpits or seams. We'll do our best to fix this, but we're not responsible for really small imperfections.

If something is missing or there's a major issue with your clothes, let us know within 48 hours of getting them. If it's our mistake, we'll replace it for free. Since these clothes are custom made, we can't exchange sizes, sorry!

IS SHIPPING FREE?

Shipping is fixed at $50 to $100 per box. The point person for your team will be notified before an order is placed.

WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

If you place an order for multiple items, please note that we may ship them separately depending on their availability. This means that your items might arrive in separate packages at different times. This is done to prevent any potential delays and ensure that you receive your products as swiftly as possible.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back, or even lost during the delivery process due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as postal service delays or issues, we want to assure you that we are committed to doing everything within our power to ensure that you receive your package in a timely manner. To minimize the risk of these potential issues, it is crucial for you to double-check and accurately submit your address and contact details when placing an order. It's important to note that if an incorrect address or contact number is provided and results in the need for a replacement item, the cost for the new item will not be covered by us.

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged upon the arrival of your order at its final destination, and these charges are determined by your local customs office. It is important to note that the payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us.

Please be aware that we are not responsible for any delays that may be caused by the customs department in your country. If you need further details about the charges, we recommend reaching out to your local customs office, and rest assured, we will do our best to coordinate with your orders accordingly.
